Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 250 gms of bottle gourd
  2. 100 gms poha
  3. Oil as needed
  4. 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  5. Pinch asfodiea
  6. 1/2 tsp lemon flowers
  7. 1 tsp sugar
  8. 2 tsp crushed ginger n chilli
  9. 2 tbsp chopped corrinder
  10. 250 gms maida
  11. Red cutney
  12. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Crush bottle gourd n boil it in water. Then remove the water and put poha into it. Then take a pan and put oil into it. Then put cumin seeds and asfodiea into it. Then put salt lemon flowers sugar crushed ginger n chilli and corrinder into it. Then put the mixture of Bottle gourd n poha into it. Then make small balls of that mixture. Then prepare a dove of maida. Then make kachori from that dove. Then serve it with red cutney.
