Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Half small size grated bottle gourd
  2. Salt to tate
  3. Haldi a pinch
  4. Red chilli pwd half tsp
  5. Coriander leaves chopped handfull
  6. Ajwain 1/4tsp
  7. Zeera1/2tsp
  8. Ghee 2tbsp
  9. Curd 1 tbsp
  10. Water very less amt
  11. Oil or ghee for shallow frying
  12. Curd n chatni for serving
  13. Wheat flour 1 small cup

Instructions

  1. In bowl add wheat flour,dudhi grated,salt,red chilli pwd,ghee,curd,zeera ,ajwain ,haldi,coriander leaves.
  2. Then knead the semi soft dough.
  3. Add water only if required.
  4. As duddhi too leaves water.
  5. Rest for 5 mins.
  6. Roll the roti shape.
  7. Shallow fry on tawa adding ghee or oil.
  8. Serve hot with curd n chatni.
