Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Rolled oats 100 gms
  2. Fresh coconut scrapped 100 gms
  3. Jaggery 1/2 cup
  4. Green cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
  5. Dry fruits chopped 1 tbsp
  6. Raisins few
  7. Water 1 tbsp
  8. Ghee or oil 1 tsp


  1. Dry roast oats for 5-6 mins or until a nice aroma comes. Do not burn
  2. Now let them cool down for 15 mins
  3. Grind to a fine powder
  4. Now heat a nonstick pan
  5. Add water coconut and jaggery
  6. Coconut will start releasing water and jaggery will melt
  7. Stir continuously
  8. When you see strings add oats flour
  9. Mix well
  10. Add cardamom powder and dry fruits
  11. Also add raisins
  12. Now cool the mixture for 5 mins
  13. Grease your palms with ghee and make small balls
  14. Your healthy tasty laddos are ready to be enjoyed
