Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Rolled oats-1 cup
  2. Sugar- 1 cup
  3. Greated coconut - 1 cup
  4. Cardamom powder - 1 tsp
  5. Water as required
  6. Ghee - 1 tsp
  7. Some roasted and chopped nuts and raisins


  1. Heat heavy bottemed pan and roast oats till they release good smell. Cool completely.
  2. In a blender blend the oats finally and keep aside.
  3. In the same pan add sugar water and coconut. Stir and cook till the sugar melt. Add cardemom powder. Stirring continuously when you see string in the mixture.
  4. Now add oats and stir well. Switch off the flame. Add ghee and chopped nuts. Let it cool in the room temperature. Greased your hands with ghee and make a small ball of laddo. Cover with coconut. Laddo is ready. Put it in air tight container.
