Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Oats - 1 cup
  2. Dates (de-seeded) - 1 cup
  3. Badam - 1 cup
  4. Cashew - 1 cup
  5. Walnut - 1 cup
  6. Peanut butter - 2 tbsp ( heaped )
  7. Honey - 1/2 cup


  1. Coarsely powder badam, cashew walnut to be made into a coarse powder in a food processor then transfer to a large bowl.
  2. Then add oats and finely chopped dates to this and mix well. Mix in such a way that the dates mix well.
  3. Now add peanut butter and honey. Mix well. Grease hands with ghee and take approximately a small lemon size ball and make laddoos.
  4. The above measurement will yield around 10 laddoos. Store in an airtight container.
