Oats & Dry Fruits Laddu with Jaggery

Ingredients to make Oats & Dry Fruits Laddu with Jaggery

  • Plain Oats - 50 Grams
  • almonds (Badam) - 50 Grams
  • pistachio (Pista) - 50 Grams
  • cashew Nuts (Kaaju) - 50 Grams
  • walnuts (Akharot) - 50 Grams
  • jaggery (Gud) - 100 Grams

How to make Oats & Dry Fruits Laddu with Jaggery

  1. Add almonds, pistachio, cashew nuts and walnuts in mixture and make a coarsely grinded.
  2. Dry roast the oats and coarsely grinded dry fruits and keep it aside to get it cool
  3. In a non-stick pan or kadai add ¼ cup water and add jaggery. Cook it till it get melts.
  4. To check the consistency add a drop of boiling jaggery syrup in a water and get it close. If it is coming closure and forming ball. Immediately switch of the gas.
  5. Now add the roasted oats and dry fruits and mix well.
  6. Sieve the melted jaggery and again boil till get the one string or ball consistency.
  7. Now apply oil on you palm and make small & medium Laddu
  8. Now the dish ready to be served
