Atta jagerry dry fruits cupcakes

Ingredients to make Atta jagerry dry fruits cupcakes

  • atta 125gms
  • jaggery powder 120gms
  • Oil/unsalted butter 60ml
  • salt little
  • Sour buttermilk 100 ml
  • vinegar 1tbsp
  • baking soda 1/2tsp
  • Baking powder 1tsp
  • Vanilla essence 1tsp
  • Chopped dry fruits 2tbsp
  • Whipped cream 1cup
  • Food col(of ur choice) little
  • Sprinkler little

How to make Atta jagerry dry fruits cupcakes

  1. Mix oil n jaggery using mixi or hand blender
  2. Then add vanilla essence, salt,curd, vinegar to the oil mixture
  3. Seive atta, baking powder, baking soda in a bowl. Put this dry ingredients to the liquid mixture n mix slowly.
  4. Then add dry fruits.
  5. Preheat the Ovan at 180℃ for 10 mins
  6. Grease a muffin dish n put the mixture in each cups. Tap 2 to 3 times. Then bake it for 25 mins or until done. U can check by inserting a toothpick. If it comes clean then done
  7. Cool the cakes completely. Then do frosting (whipped cream + col) by putting whipped cream in a piping bag with a nozzle of ur choice. Sprinkle some sprinkler on top

Ingredients should be at room temp
