Atta Cake

Ingredients to make Atta Cake

  • Multigrain atta 1 cup (250 gm)
  • Milkmade 1 tin
  • Baking powder 1/2 tbsp
  • baking soda 1/4 tbsp
  • Canola oil 4 tsp
  • Vanila essence 1 tbsp
  • Milk or water 2-3 tsp
  • Dry fruits as per choice

How to make Atta Cake

  1. Sieve atta, baking powder and baking soda in a bowl.
  2. Grease the baking dish with oil.
  3. In another bowl, mix milkmade and canola oil.
  4. Add the dry ingredients into the milkmaid and mix well.
  5. Add some dry fruits of your choice in the batter.
  6. If the batter is thick then add some milk or water in it.
  7. Bake on high heat for 8 minutes in a microwave at micro mode and check if the cake is baked properly otherwise bake for another 1 minute.

My Tip:

Olive oil can be used.
