Ingredients to make Atta chakuli

  • Wheatflour /atta 1cup
  • Rawa 2tsp
  • Grated coconut 3tsp
  • jaggery as per taste
  • banana 1mashed
  • saunf 1tsp
  • salt pinch
  • Soda pinch (optional)
  • oil

How to make Atta chakuli

  1. Take a mix bowl and add all the ingredients except oil.
  2. Mix well. Add water to make a batter like consistency. Not too thin or thick.
  3. Heat a tawa and grease with oil.
  4. Pour 1ladder full batter and spread in a circular motion.
  5. Flip and cook the other side too.
  6. Repeat for all.
  7. Serve hot with milk or with any curry. You can have as it is also.
