Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Atta 1 cup
  2. Ghee two teaspoon
  3. Milk 2 cups
  4. Cardamom powder half teaspoon
  5. Bay leaf 2
  6. Honey 1 teaspoon
  7. Khoya 1 teaspoon
  8. Dry fruits according to taste


  1. Take a pan and put ghee in it. Roast the atta on a low flame with bay leaves till aromatic and colour changes.
  2. Add milk and Khoya, keep stirring
  3. Add honey with cardamom powder
  4. Keep cooking on low flame
  5. Once it bubbles, cooking is complete garnish with dry fruits
  6. Set aside to cool, refrigerate n serve chilled.
