Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Atta 3 cups
  2. Coconut grated 1 cup
  3. Jaggery halfcup
  4. Cardamom powder 2tsp
  5. Dry fruits chopped half cup
  6. Oil 1 cup for deep frying

Instructions

  1. First knead the atta with salt and 2tsp oil or ghee.
  2. Next for the stuffing heat ghee in a pan and add the grated coconut and jaggery. Add the dry fruits and cardamom powder.
  3. Fill the stuffing making the balls and shaping in the form of modak
  4. Deep fry them
