Rose Phirni

Ingredients to make Rose Phirni

  • Basmati rice 3 tbsp
  • Milk 1/2 liter
  • sugar 1/2 cup
  • rose Essence as required
  • Nuts (pista, cashews, almonds as required)

How to make Rose Phirni

  1. Blend the rice in a blender into a coarse powder.
  2. Boil the milk in a pan. Add the coarse rice powder. Mix well. Make sure there are no lumps
  3. Cook this on a low heat, till the rice is cooked. Add sugar after thus and the Rose Essence.
  4. Add the nuts and set them into small individual glasses
