This recipe is a delicious spicy combination of all vegetables..so good to balance the sugar levels

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 yellow capsicum
  2. 1 green capsicum
  3. 2 tomatoes
  4. 1 carrot grated or chopped
  5. 1/4 cup peas
  6. 1/4 cup cauliflower florets
  7. 1 onion chopped
  8. 1/4 cup chopped french beans
  9. 1 teaspoon salt
  10. 1/4 teaspoon red chilly powder
  11. 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  12. 1/4 tsp turmeric
  13. 1 tablespoon ginger- garlic paste
  14. 1 green chilly
  15. 1 cup water
  16. 1 tablespoon oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan.Add onions and saute for 4-5 minutes.Now blend tomatoes in a blender to make puree.Add puree into the same pan.
  2. Stir and add ginger-garlic paste, salt,red chilly powder,garam masala and turmeric powder.Stir well.
  3. Now add cauliflower,peas,beans,capsicum and carrot.Reduce the flame and add water.Cover and cook till vegetables become tender.
  4. Garnish with some coriander leaves and serve hot with chappatis .
