Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. almond - 1 cup
  2. Milk-4tsp
  3. Sugar- 1 cup
  4. Ghee-1/2 cup
  5. Saffron-a pinch /7-8
  6. Colour - a pinch (optional)
  7. Cardamom- 3-4 crushed


  1. Method: 1.soak the almond in the hot water for 3 hours & peel the skin off the almonds 2.Make the paste of almond n take the little milk to get good paste 3.In the pan add sugar n 1/4 of cup of water n bring it to boil and make simple syrup 4.Add the milk almond paste and keep stirring constantly 5.Add ghee in it and mix well 6.Add cardamom powder 7.Add saffron strands & food colour n mix it well 8.Garnish with fresh nuts n serve
