Cheesy Penne Pasta

Ingredients to make Cheesy Penne Pasta

  • 250 gms - Penne Pasta
  • 1 teaspoon - oil
  • 3 tablespoon - tomato Ketchup
  • teaspoon - ginger Garlic Paste
  • 2 Cups - water
  • 1/2 cup - milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon - Red Chili Powder
  • salt to Taste
  • Cheese Cubes - 2

How to make Cheesy Penne Pasta

  1. In a pan, add 2 cups of water and add in it 1 teaspoon of oil. Add penne pasta once the water comes to a boil. The oil will keep the pasta from sticking with each other.
  2. Once the pasta boils and becomes soft, drain the excess water and transfer the pasta from the boiling container to a frying pan. Keep the flame low.
  3. Add to pasta, 3 tablespoon of tomato ketchup, ½ teaspoon of ginger garlic paste, ½ cup of milk, ½ teaspoon of red chili powder and salt to taste.
  4. Stir the mixture until the consistency of milk becomes thick.
  5. Empty the pasta in a microwave safe bowl and grate over it, cubes of cheese and keep in the microwave for a maximum of 1 minute.
  6. Grate over some more cheese as garnishing and serve it hot.

My Tip:

Use olive oil to enhance the taste of the penne pasta.
