Interesting twist to a regular Dosa for Breakfast. You can call this an Italian Dosa.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Dosa batter mix + oregano & chili flakes + salt
  2. Fresh coriander leaves few
  3. Pizza sauce 7 to 8 tsp
  4. For toppings: Grated carrot - 1
  5. Finely chopped cabbage - 1/2 cup
  6. Capsicum + tomatoes + onions+bell peppers (sliced)
  7. Black olives few
  8. 1 tsp - olive oil to glaze vegetables
  9. Cheese powder
  10. Grated processe processed & mozzarella cheese.
  11. Garlic powder
  12. Black pepper powder as per taste
  13. Salt mix herbs as much as required


  1. Saute all the veggies in some olive oil, keep aside. Take the dosa batter add in oregano and chili flakes as per choice.
  2. Spread this dosa batter on the non stick tawa. Once its done nicely on that side flip it.
  3. Spread the pizza sauce. Arrange vegetables on it. Sprinkle some cheese & garlic powder. Spread grated cheese.
  4. Cook for a few minutes on medium flame till the cheese melts. The yummylicious Pizza Dosa is ready to eat.
  5. Cut into pieces with a pizza cutter.
