Swiss roll made in a non-stick pan is as delicious and perfect as the baked one.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Dry Ingredients -
  2. 1 cup all purpose flour
  3. 1/4 tsp baking powder
  4. 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
  5. Wet Ingredients -
  6. 3/4 cup sugar
  7. 1/2 cup Milk
  8. 1/4 cup oil or butter
  9. Strawberry essence 1 tsp
  10. Oil or butter for greasing
  11. For filling -
  12. Strawberry jam
  13. Whipped cream

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, sieve dry ingredients and in another bowl mix all wet ingredients. Now mix both dry and wet ingredients
  2. Take a nonstick pan and place a butter paper on it. Grease it with a little oil.
  3. Now spread the cake batter on the butter paper.
  4. Cover it with a lid and bake on medium flame for 5-7 minutes.
  5. After 5-7 minutes remove the lid. If you feel the batter little sticky then bake it for some more time
  6. Now flip it on a clean kitchen towel.
  7. Remove butter paper.
  8. Flip it on kitchen towel.
  9. Fold it when it is still hot. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
  10. Apply strawberry jam and whipped cream on cake.
  11. Again fold it and freeze it for 10 minutes.
  12. Slice and serve
