Cheesy Chilli

Ingredients to make Cheesy Chilli

  • Fresh green big chilli 8
  • 1 cup grated paneer
  • 1 cup grated processed cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/2 cup blanched & chopped spinach
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 pinch nutmeg powder
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • Cornstarch slurry
  • Bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 8 babycorn halves

How to make Cheesy Chilli

  1. Take washed chillies and make slit in it and put 1 babycorn slice
  2. Now mix all the ingredients and stuff into chillies
  3. Dip the stuffed chillies in cornstarch slurry and then roll in bread crumbs
  4. Then bake at 200 degrees C for 10 to 15 mins in and OTG. Cut and serve hot.
