ABOUT Chilli Egg RECIPE

an easy and quick recipe made with egg,. Eggs are rich in calcium and proteins.. Chilli eggs are just cubed boiled fried egg coated well with spicy masalas and sauces

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. boiled eggs-4
  2. maida-1tbsp
  3. cornflour-3tbsp
  4. pepper powder-1tsp
  5. oregano-1tsp
  6. salt
  7. soysauce-1tsp
  8. hot chilli sauce-1tsp
  9. tomato sauce-1tbsp
  10. green chilli sauce-1tsp
  11. chopped ginger garlic and greenchillies-3tsp
  12. oil

Instructions

  1. cut the eggs into cubes and keep aside
  2. take a bowl add the maida and water so that consistency should be like smooth paste
  3. in another bowl add cornflour pepperpowder, oregano, salt and mixwell
  4. first dip the egg in maida paste and coat well with cornflour mix and deep fry it till golden brown
  5. in a kadai add oil, chopped ginger garlic and greenchillies.. saute till the aroma comes
  6. next add in the sauces and 1tsp cornflour mixd with water
  7. finally drop the fried egg pieces.. cover and simmer for about 5 mins or until the eggs are well coated with sauces
  8. garnish with coriander leaves and slitted green chillies
