About Chinese style Chilli Egg Recipe

Basically I have cooked the eggs in a Chinese style gravy as it was being monotonous cooking egg curry in our own Indian style.

Chinese style Chilli Egg

Ingredients to make Chinese style Chilli Egg

  • Hard boiled eggs 4 nos.
  • Minced garlic ,green chilli and ginger
  • Crushed black pepper powder.
  • Slit green chilli and cubes of bell pepper and onions.
  • sugar 1 teaspoon
  • Soya sauce 2 tablespoon, vinegar 2 tablespoon and chilli sauce 1 tablespoon.
  • Corn starch 1 teaspoon mixed in water.

How to make Chinese style Chilli Egg

  1. Fry the boiled eggs coated with corn starch batte and keep it aside.
  2. Take oil in a pan and put the minced ginger and GARLIC.
  3. Fry until it's dark brown.
  4. Add the minced green chilli and put all the sauces to it.
  5. Add lil sugar and salt as per taste.
  6. Add the bell pepper and onion cubes and fry for 2 more mins.
  7. Then add the black pepper powder and slit green chilli.
  8. Put the eggs and add the corn starch and cook in a slow flame for around 5 mins.
  9. Dish out by adding some more of pepper powder.

My Tip:

Veggies like carrot & french beans can be added which makes a platter .
