Pineapple Sandesh

Ingredients to make Pineapple Sandesh

  • 1 litre milk
  • lemon juice
  • 2tbsp powder sugar
  • Cardmon powderb 1tsp
  • pineapple slices 2
  • saffron for garnish

How to make Pineapple Sandesh

  1. Boil milk. When it boil completely add lemon juice. When it curdle off the gas and strain chenna.
  2. Hang it for one an hour for removing all the water
  3. Then take it in a plate and mash with palms to make it soft.
  4. Add sugar and cardmon powder and mix well.
  5. Take pineapple slices and cut in big pieces.
  6. Now take chenna and flatter in Palm put pineapple pieces in it. And cover with chenna.
  7. Give it fine shape and garnish with silver foil ,cherries and Sam papad
  8. Keep in freeze for chill and set.

My Tip:

Aam papad is not essential
