Ingredients Serving: 3

60 gm ghee
3/4 cup spinach puree
3/4 cup Castor Sugar
100 gm mawa
3 tsp semolina
1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
3 tbsp oats
1 tbsp icing sugar
I/4 cup chopped badam

Instructions

Add ghee in a pan and then add semolina. Stir it continuously until it becomes golden brown
Then add palak puree in it
Then add mawa and castor sugar
Stir it untill it becomes thick and then add cardamom powder and switch off the gas
Then in another pan add oats and roast it with chopped badam and add icing sugar
Use this for decoration
