Ingredients to make Dry Fruit Paneer Potli

  • For Dough -
  • maida 1 cup
  • oil 2 tsp
  • salt 1/2 tsp
  • water as required
  • For filling -
  • Mashed paneer 1/2 cup
  • Crushed almond 2 tsp
  • Crushed cashew 1 tsp
  • raisins 2 tsp
  • salt
  • red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • For garnish -
  • cabbage Juliennes
  • ketchup
  • mint Chutney

How to make Dry Fruit Paneer Potli

  1. Mix all dough ingredients and make hard dough with water.
  2. Mix all filling ingredients.
  3. Make small balls of dough.
  4. Roll out small roti. Put 1 tsp filling in the centre. Gather and give a potli shape.
  5. Make all potlis like this.
  6. Preheat microwave at 200 degrees C. Place potlis on microwave safe tray.Cook for 30 minutes or till golden in colour.
  7. Serve on a bed of cabbage Julienne with tea and ketchup-chutney.
