ABOUT Tricolour Paneer Dry Fruit Bombs RECIPE

We use spinach and tomatoes to give this yummy dish its colour and flavour.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Potato 6 boiled, mashed
  2. paneer 6 tbsp grated
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Chaat masala 1 tbsp
  5. Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  6. Red chilli 1/2 tbsp
  7. Spinach puree 2-3 tbsp
  8. Tomato puree 2-3 tbsp
  9. Maida 1 katori
  10. Cheese 6 tbsp grated
  11. Capsicum 4 tbsp chopped
  12. Onion 1 chopped

Instructions

  1. Mix potatoes, paneer, onions, capsicum, salt, coriander powder, red chilli powder, chat masala in a bowl.
  2. divide it in 3 parts.
  3. In first part add spinach puree and 3 tbsp maida and mix well.
  4. In second part add tomato puree and 3 tbsp maida and mix well.
  5. In third part add 3 tbsp maida and mix well.
  6. Take one table spoon of mixture and shape into a ball.
  7. Flattered the ball and place the cheese in the centre.
  8. Carefully close it and shape into a small ball. Roll it on suji.
  9. Then deep fry it till light golden brown .
  10. Served with ketchup.
