Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Chana dal. 1 cup
  2. Hing. 1 pinch
  3. Orange colour 1pinch(optional)
  4. Salt 1tspn
  5. Green chilly chopped 2
  6. Carrots cut into strips 1/2cup
  7. Radish grated 1/2cup
  8. Imli soaked in water 100gm
  9. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. 1.soak Chan's dal fr 4 hours .
  2. 2.Now grind it adding hing, salt & chilly.
  3. 3.Beat it till fluffy.
  4. 4.Now make small balls of dal and deep fry.
  5. 5.Dip carrots & dal ladus in imli water for 2 hours.
  6. 6. Serve ur yummy & tangy ladus.
