Ingredients to make Banana kajjayya

  • 5 tablespoon jaggery
  • 5 tablespoon boiled rice
  • 5 tablespoon whole wheàt flour
  • 1/2 fully ripe long banana
  • oil for frying

How to make Banana kajjayya

  1. Grind rice and jaggery and transfer the mixture to a bowl.
  2. Add mashed banana to the mixture and mix.
  3. Add wheat flour and mix well.
  4. Grease palm and fingers with oil and make small balls out of the mixture.
  5. Flatten the mixture on your palm and make a hole in the centre and fry it till golden brown.

My Tip:

Dont add too much flour or the kajjayya becomes hard.
