Bheja Fry Masala (Goat Brain)

Ingredients to make Bheja Fry Masala (Goat Brain)

  • Goat brain - 2 numbers
  • onions (finely chopped) - 2
  • Green chilies (finely chopped) - 2
  • ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • Garam masala - 1 tsp
  • coriander leaves (finely chopped) - 2 tbsp
  • Oil or ghee - 3 tbsp

How to make Bheja Fry Masala (Goat Brain)

  1. Wash the brain well and keep them in a strainer for the water to drip away.
  2. In a non stick pan, heat the oil and saute the onions until it turns to light pink and the raw smell goes away.
  3. Add the ginger garlic paste and saute for half a minute.
  4. Add the brains and stir fry them on the medium flame adding all the rest of the ingredients.
  5. You can add red chili powder in place of the green chilies.
  6. Cover and let it simmer until done. Flame should be low.
  7. Garnish with loads of coriander and serve hot.
