This is healthy and nutritious one good for back pain and leg pain

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Goat trotters-1kg
  2. Salt-to taste
  3. Turmeric powder-1/2tsp
  4. Pepper powder-2 1/2 tsp
  5. Poppy seeds-5tsp
  6. Jeera-5 tsp
  7. Shallots-50g
  8. Sesame oil-4tbsp

Instructions

  1. In a pressure cooker add cleaned trotter and keep it for 30min after 1st whistle in sim
  2. Grind shallots,Pepper, poppy seeds and jeera in to fine paste
  3. In a pan add boiled trotters,grounded paste,Turmeric powder,sesame oil and 1 liter water and let it boil till the raw smell goes..
  4. Switch off after sometime and serve.
