Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Suji 2 cups
  2. Vegetable Oil 1/2 Cup
  3. Water as required
  4. Boiled potatoes 1 cup ( chopped )
  5. Red chutney 1/2 cup
  6. Green chutney 1/2 cup
  7. Curd 1 cup
  8. 1/2 cup channa namkin
  9. Oil for frying
  10. 2 tablespoon chaat masala
  11. 2 pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl and add suji into it. Now add oil and mix it well, add water as you require don't use too much
  2. Make a soft dough of it and give it a rest for 15 minutes. Now take the dough and on a flat surface kneed once again.
  3. Now make small balls from the ata and roll it with rolling pin and heat the oil and put these ata puris into it and fry it till golden brown
  4. Take a plate and place the puris on it and add boiled potatoes, curd, red green chutney, channa namkin, chaat masala and some salt. Your dahi puchka is ready to serve.
