Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Maida 1 cup
  2. Suji 1 tblspn
  3. salt pepper to taste
  4. Ghee 1 tblspn for moin
  5. Water for kneading dough
  6. Bhujiya half cup
  7. Butter 1 tblspn


  1. Knead a semi soft dough using normal milk / water. Keep aside for 10-15 mins
  2. Divide the dough in to 4 parts.
  3. Roll out the dough in semi thick roti. Spread butter or ghee.
  4. Spread bhujiya all over the roti.
  5. Make roll with very light hand. Stick the tip using water.
  6. Keep in refrigerator for 5-10 mins. Cut into desired shape.
  7. Bake for 25-30 mins or till get crisp At 180 degree.
  8. Serve hot with chutney and onions.
