Combination of almond and flax seeds gives a healthy and crunchy taste. Presence of chocolate ice-cream and chikoo gives refreshing and rich taste.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Milk - 400 ml
  2. Chikoo - 5
  3. Flax seeds-2 tbsp
  4. Almonds- 6-8
  5. Chocolate ice-cream -4 tbsp
  6. Hung Curd - 4 tbsp
  7. Ice cubes - 6-8nos.
  8. Black salt - a pinch
  9. Black Pepper - a pinch
  10. Cardamom powder- 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  1. Take chikoo in a bowl clean them properly under the tap.
  2. Peel off the skin of chikoo with a knife and deseed them and cut them into four equal parts .
  3. Now take a juicer jar addin cut and peeled chikoo,and add in other ingredients also, except 4 pieces of ice cubes and few chopped almonds, some flax seeds for garnishing.
  4. Close the lid of a juicer jar and give a good mix for 2 minutes in a mixer grinder. Switch off the mixer.
  5. Pour ready chikoo milk shake in a jar garnish with ice cubes ,flax seeds, sliced almonds .
  6. Served chilled enjoy this refreshing and healthy energy drink in summers whenever you feel thirsty or hungry.
