Chikoo Kulfi

Ingredients to make Chikoo Kulfi

  • Chikoo - 6 chopped
  • sugar - 2 tbsp
  • cardamom - 1/4 tsp
  • Vanilla extract - 1/4 tsp
  • Milk - 3 cups
  • Milk powder - 1 tbsp

How to make Chikoo Kulfi

  1. Take a juicer bowl add chopped chickoo, sugar, milk, milk powder, cardamom, vanilla extract and churn them for 5 minutes.
  2. Pour this mixture in to the kulfi mould and fridge for over night.
  3. Next day demould the kulfi and serve .

My Tip:

You can add dry fruits for a rich taste.
