A cool desert, very easy to make.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Chikoo - 2pcs
  2. Milk - 1 glass
  3. Rose syrup - 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Grind chikoo with 2 tbsp milk and transfer this chikoo paste to ice cube tray and freeze it.
  2. Take a heavy bottom pan, heat remaining milk in pan on medium flame to make rabri and cool it.
  3. Now take a glass, de mould chikoo cubes in a glass, add rabri than garnish with rose syrup.
  4. Serve cool icy chikoo rose rabri with spoon.
