For this auspicious festival i am presenting ravioli with mava stuffing and rabri sauce.it is a wonderful recipe of ravioli perfect for festival.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1/2 cup flour
  2. 1 tsp ghee
  3. 1/4 tsp sugar
  4. 1 tsp rose water
  5. Pink colour
  6. 1/2 tsp rose essence
  7. Mava stuffing---
  8. 1/2 cup mava
  9. 1/4 tsp powder sugar
  10. Pinch of cardmon powder
  11. 1 tsp chop almonds and pista
  12. For rabri sauce----
  13. 1 glass milk
  14. 2 tsp cornflour
  15. 1/4 tsp sugar
  16. 1/2 tsp rose water
  17. For serving---
  18. Chopped alminds and pista
  19. 1 tsp rose syrup
  20. Rose petals
  21. 1 tsp cardmon powder


  1. For ravioli---
  2. Take flour and sugar in bowl and mix them
  3. Take ghee in bowl and add pink colour
  4. Add this ghee in flour
  5. Add essence and rose water
  6. Mix all of them
  7. Make dough with adding required milk
  8. Cover dough
  9. Mava filling---
  10. Grate mava and roast in a pan
  11. Let it cool
  12. Add sugar and nuts
  13. Now take dough and roll down
  14. Cut in small rounds with cookie cutter
  15. Make balls of mava filling
  16. Take two pieces of rounds
  17. Pour a mava ball on one round and cover with other
  18. Seal all sides with water
  19. Prepare all like this
  20. Now heat water
  21. Add 1 tsp oil in it
  22. When it boils add raviolis and boil for 10 min.
  23. Take them out after boiling and transfer in cold water
  24. Rabri sauce---
  25. Boil milk in pan
  26. Take 2 tbsp milk and add cornflour mix finely
  27. Add sugar in milk when it become thick
  28. Add cornflour mix and stir
  29. Don't make very thick
  30. Add rose water when cool
  31. For serving---
  32. Take serving plate and pour rabri sauce
  33. Then add mava ravioli
  34. Dizzle 1 tsp rose syrup
  35. Decorate with rose petals and nuts
  36. Sprinkle Caedmon powder all upon and serve cold
