Khajoor stuffed with goodness of dryfruits.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Irani khajoor 1/2 kg
  2. Kaju chopped 100 gms
  3. Pista chopped 100 gms
  4. Pista slivers 100gms
  5. Badam chopped 100 gms
  6. Walnuts chopped 100gms
  7. Elaichi powder 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Take Irani Khajoor, wash them properly and let it dry for few hours.
  2. Khajoor should be big sized and not those sticky ones.
  3. Slit them and remove d seeds
  4. Now in a separate bowl mix chopped kaju,Walnut and badam with elaichi powder.
  5. Stuff this mixture into all the Khajoor and top this with chopped pista.
  6. Press those Khajoors lightly so that the dry fruit mixture does not fall out.
  7. Lastly roll them over some more chopped pista slivers.
  8. Can store in fridge for a month long in an airtight jar.
