Ingredients to make Meri maggi

  • Maggi - 4 packets
  • onions chopped - 1 big
  • tomato chopped - 3 big size
  • carrot cut -2 medium size
  • capsicum cut- 1 big size
  • Beans cut - 1/2 cup
  • Frozen peas - 1 cup
  • salt - 1/2 tsp or to taste
  • Red Chili powder -1/2 tsp or to taste
  • butter-1 tbsp
  • oil - 1 tbsp
  • coriander leaves for garnishing - 2 tbsp

How to make Meri maggi

  1. Heat oil and saute chopped onions, chopped capsicum and chopped tomatoes, add 1/4 tsp salt so that onions and capsicum become soft faster.
  2. Take a microwave safe bowl add in 1/2 cup water cut beans ,cut carrots and frozen peas and microwave for 3 min. With lid covered.
  3. Meanwhile add 800 ml water and let it boil.
  4. Now add cooked beans, frozen peas and carrots.
  5. Mix with the cooking spoon.
  6. Cut maggi masala pouch and add in a kadhai mix with a ladle. Add maggi noodles cook for another 5 minutes add some butter to this to enhance the taste of maggi.
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
  8. Transfer in a serving bowl and enjoy meri maggi with family for Sunday brunch.
