Ingredients to make Maggi pakora

  • 1 finely chopped carrot
  • 1 finely chopped capsicum
  • 1/2 grated cabbage
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup besan
  • 2 packs of maggie
  • oil for Deep frying

How to make Maggi pakora

  1. Tear the Maggie pack and keep taste maker aside
  2. Boil 2 cups of water in a pan
  3. Boil the noodles in it
  4. Keep the boiled noodles aside
  5. Mix the veggies, Maggie, taste maker, Besan in a large bowl
  6. Keep mixing till it becomes sticky
  7. Heat oil for deep frying
  8. Make round balls from the mixture
  9. Fry the pakoras till they become golden in colour
  10. Keep them on a kitchen towel to absorb the excess oil
  11. Serve hot with schezwan sauce or tomato sauce
