ABOUT Sprout Maggi RECIPE

This is a healthy version of maggi

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Maggi noodles - 1 packet
  2. Sprout - 1cup (boiled)
  3. Red chilly powder - 1 tea spoon
  4. Lemon juice-1 tea spoon
  5. Salt - as per taste
  6. Oil - 1 table spoon

Instructions

  1. Boil the Maggi as per instructions on the packet. Add a pinch of salt and the tastemaker provided in the packet.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add the sprouts. Sauté for a minute.
  3. Add the red chilly, salt and lemon juice cook for a minute .
  4. Switch off the flame and add the sprout mixture to the Maggi. Stir well.
  5. Cook till the water is absorbed. Serve hot.
