ABOUT Maggi Chicken Shorba RECIPE

Give the chicken Maggi mughlai flavour, add veggies of your choice and make it healthy too. A complete family meal relished for sure.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 5-6 pieces chicken (thigh, leg and lollipop portions)
  2. 1 chicken Maggi pack
  3. 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  4. 1 tsp garam masala with star anise
  5. 1 tsp pepper
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1 tomato chopped
  8. 1/2 cup chopped carrots
  9. 1/2 cup fine chopped cabbage
  10. 1/2 cup boiled sweet corn
  11. 1/2 cup capsicum
  12. 1 /2 greens of spring onion
  13. 1 bulb spring onion cut in thin slices

Instructions

  1. Pressure cook chicken pieces with ginger garlic paste and salt pepper
  2. Add more water to use for soup later
  3. Add some greens chopped with a little oil.
  4. Strain out the chicken stock, keep aside.
  5. Now boil Maggi, keep aside as done.
  6. Chop veggies and keep aside.
  7. Boil corn separately for 5 minutes.
  8. Now take a pot add chicken stock and put the Chicken Maggi taste-maker.
  9. Stir well and add the veggies.
  10. To this after 3-4 minutes add the Maggi and chicken pieces.
  11. Sprinkle garam masala.
  12. Stir lightly, let it cook for a while. Now remove the lid and serve while its still hot and enjoy the Mughlai taste.
