Maggi Savoury Marble Toast

Ingredients to make Maggi Savoury Marble Toast

  • 1 packet chicken maggi
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 capsicum chopped fine
  • 1 carrot chopped fine
  • 1/2 cup Sweet corn kernels fresh
  • 1 spring onion greens
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 tsp chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsp oil to grease Tawa
  • Big slices Marble bread (half white half brown) optional use bread of choice

How to make Maggi Savoury Marble Toast

  1. Prepare Maggi with taste maker cool and keep aside
  2. Chop veggies and wash drain corn
  3. Add the veggies corn, salt pepper to taste to the cool maggi
  4. Now beat eggs soft and add milk
  5. Heat Dosa tawa and add oil to grease
  6. Pour beaten egg with pinch of salt mixed on to Tawa
  7. Once the top is done add the maggi mix on one side
  8. Now mix both ketchup and chilli sauce and add on to maggi
  9. Fold close the other side to make Omelette, press lightly and other sides
  10. Take it of flame on a plate and cut out to place in your bread
  11. Place it on bread slice and cover with other
  12. Toast them on hit tawa both sides
  13. Cut into two and enjoy

My Tip:

Make fresh and enjoy. Take care to cook omelette and turn well to avoid breaking
