Ingredients to make Hing wale achari aloo

  • Baby potatoes 1/2 kg
  • oil
  • jeera 1 tsp
  • methi dana 1 tsp
  • kalonji 1 tsp
  • fennel seeds 1 tsp
  • hing 1/2 tsp
  • amchur 1.5 tsp
  • salt as per taste
  • turmeric powder, chili powder, dhania powder, garam masala - 1 tsp each, made into paste
  • Dried chillies 2
  • Green chili 2
  • coriander

How to make Hing wale achari aloo

  1. Heat oil in a pan
  2. Add dried chillies and seeds one by one.
  3. Let it crackle
  4. Add par boiled baby potatoes and fry with seeds
  5. Add hing and toss
  6. Add green chilies
  7. Now add the masala paste and cook till done
  8. Add amchur and mix well.
  9. Cook well and garnish with coriander
