Ingredients to make Chocolate Pancake(Dora cake)

  • 1 cup maida
  • Chocolate spread (as needed)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp powder suger
  • Venilla essence(1-2 drops)
  • Milk(as required)
  • 1/2 tbsp baking soda
  • butter/oil

How to make Chocolate Pancake(Dora cake)

  1. Put all ingredients- maida, baking soda, powder sugar in bowl
  2. Add milk honey vanilla essence(optional) mix it well if batter is thick than add milk as needed make sure there is no lumps in batter. Keep side for 5 minutes
  3. Heat a pan, grease the pan with some oil pour one ladle full of batter spread consistency should be thick pancake.
  4. Cook on a low flame for 1-2 minutes when bubbles appear on the upper surface flip the pancake pour little butter/oil around pancakes. Cook from other side for few second pancake should be light golden brown from both side.
  5. For making chocolate pancake take a one pancake spread the chocolate spread over one side of pancake cover the chocolate spread with another pancakes.
  6. Kids favourite chocolate/dora pancake is ready to serve.

My Tip:

Take one standard size spoon or cup for pour batter for all pancakes.
