Ingredients to make Maggi Chicken Yakhni soup

  • 2 packet Maggi oats noodle
  • For yakhani,300 grm boneless chicken
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 cinnamon stick(2 inches)
  • 8-10 black pepper
  • 4-5 cloves
  • 2-3 green cardamom
  • 2 Black cardamom
  • 1 star anise
  • 1 whole bud of garlic
  • 1 inch of ginger piece
  • For making potli,1 tsp whole coriander seeds
  • 1 tsp fennel seeds
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 square piece of muslin cloth
  • For cooking,1 and 1/2 tsp oil
  • 1 small sized onion chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic nicely chopped
  • 3/4 tsp nicely chopped ginger
  • 2 whole red chilli
  • 1 tsp oil for cooking
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp or less garam masala powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 2 tsp fresh and chopped coriender leaves

How to make Maggi Chicken Yakhni soup

  1. First take muslin cloth and fill it with coriander, fennel and cumin seeds and knot it and prepare a potli of it.
  2. Now take large pan add chicken, all whole garam masala, prepared seeds potli, water and salt in it, cover and cooked it.
  3. when chicken cook strain this yakhani water in another pan use for next step and separate the chicken and whole masala garam and potli from it, and now tear the chicken in small pieces, and keep aside it
  4. Now take another pan add oil now add chopped onion in it when it translucent add chopped ginger, garlic and whole red chilli in it, after half a min add strain yakhani water in it and again start cook it.
  5. After a min add 2 maggi oats noodles packet (Maggi masala not use) after a min add shredded chicken in it and again cook for half a min.
  6. when all done sprinkle some garam masala and fresh coriander leaves over it and cover it to lock the smell.
  7. After a min open it and transfer this Maggi yakhani soup in bowl, sprinkle some black pepper powder and fresh coriander leaves over it if need.
  8. serve this healthy and tasty soup hot.

My Tip:

Try to cook with lid on to lock the smell because most important thing is here is smell.
