Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cup tindoora sliced in round shape
  2. 1 tsp channa dal
  3. 1 tsp urad dal
  4. 2 kashmiri chillies
  5. 1 tsp of jeera
  6. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  7. 1 tsp Turmeric
  8. Salt as per the taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in the pan. Once heat add jeera, channa dal, urad dal and kashmiri chillies
  2. Now add tindoora and keep stirring on a medium flame
  3. Once the tindoora is half cooked add salt, red chillies powder and turmeric
  4. Keep on the medium flame and allow it to deep fry
  5. The tindoora is ready and is eaten with hot rice
