Ingredients to make Stove top Mag and Cheese

  • Maggi noodles pack 1
  • Cheddar cheese slices 2
  • butter 2 tbsp
  • all purpose flour 1 tbsp
  • Milk 1/4th cup
  • salt 1/2 tsp
  • chilli flakes 1 tsp
  • parsley flakes 1 tbsp

How to make Stove top Mag and Cheese

  1. Make maggi noodles with just a little of tastemaker and set aside.
  2. In a non stick pot, heat the butter and add the all purpose flour.
  3. Stir it continuously on low flame until a nice aroma emanates in your kitchen.
  4. Add in the milk and stir it well so that no lumps are remaining and the mixture thickens a bit.
  5. Now add in the cheese and the salt and give them all a good mix.
  6. Finally stir in the boiled noodles and mix well.
  7. Garnish with the chilli flakes and the parsley flakes and serve it steaming hot right away.

My Tip:
