Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 5/6 Roti
  2. 1 Tbsp sooji
  3. 1 cup curd
  4. 1/2 cup water
  5. 2 tsp Garlic ginger paste
  6. 2 tbsp sugar
  7. 2 tbsp Chilli powder
  8. oil for deep fry
  9. Salt
  10. 2 bowl onion tomato gravy
  11. kitchen king masala

Instructions

  1. Take Roti and add curd, water as required. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
  2. Now mash it and add soojji, sugar, chopped onion, salt, ginger paste and a pinch of chilli powder.
  3. Stir it well and make balls of it and deep fry it till dark brown. Kofta is ready.
  4. Put it aside.
  5. Now take a pan and put same oil in it.
  6. Add onion tomato gravy and stir well
  7. Add garlic ginger paste, sugar, salt, kitchen king masala and chilli powder
  8. Now put kofta into the gravy and serve it with paratha.
