Ingredients to make Yogurt salad

  • Hung curd : 1/2 cup
  • Mayonnaise : 1/2 cup
  • Honey mustard sauce : 1 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder : 1/4 tsp
  • cucumbers chopped : 1/2 (small)
  • cabbage chopped : 1/4 cup
  • tomato : 1
  • Green olive : 5 nos
  • cucumbers and tomatoes to serve (optional)

How to make Yogurt salad

  1. Take hung curd in a bowl and whisk it till creamy
  2. Add mayonnaise and whisk again
  3. Add salt, pepper, honey mustard sauce and give a good mix
  4. Add vegetables and mix
  5. Keep it in the refrigerator to chill
