ABOUT Yogurt salad RECIPE

A healthy yet tasty dish which reminds us that yummy food can also be healthy.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Hung curd : 1/2 cup
  2. Mayonnaise : 1/2 cup
  3. Honey mustard sauce : 1 tsp
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Black pepper powder : 1/4 tsp
  6. Cucumbers chopped : 1/2 (small)
  7. Cabbage chopped : 1/4 cup
  8. Tomato : 1
  9. Green Olive : 5 nos
  10. Cucumbers and tomatoes to serve (optional)

Instructions

  1. Take hung curd in a bowl and whisk it till creamy
  2. Add mayonnaise and whisk again
  3. Add salt, pepper, honey mustard sauce and give a good mix
  4. Add vegetables and mix
  5. Keep it in the refrigerator to chill
  6. Garnish and serve
