Ingredients to make Healthy bowl

  • For salad.....
  • 1 cup roasted peanut
  • 1/4 cup roasted channa
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1/2 chopped cucumber
  • 1 spoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon roasted jeera powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1 spoon roasted sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon chaat masala
  • Some chopped grapes
  • Some pieces of musk melon
  • 1 spoon chopped green chillies
  • Some mint leaves
  • 1 spoon anaar dana
  • For melon punch:
  • 2 orange slices
  • 2 spoons melon pulp
  • mint leaves few
  • 1 spoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon black salt

How to make Healthy bowl

  1. For salad.... Add all the ingredients of salad (peanuts, tomato, onion, channa...etc) in a bowl. Mix it well, garnish with anaar dana and mint leaves...
  2. For melon punch.... Slit the orange slice and place it in the bottom of glass. Add melon pulp into the glass, muddle it well. Now add lemon juice, mint leaves and black salt... Serve it chilled...

My Tip:

Here I used cucumber glasses for the melon punch..
