ABOUT Stir-Fry Chicken Salad RECIPE

Use your favourite vegetables to make this tasty quick and easy stir-fry chicken salad. Great for casual outdoor eating.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 4 Cups Vegetables ( Bell Peppers, Zucinni, carrots, leeks, mushrooms, bean shoots) sliced into strips
  2. 1 Cup Broccoli Floret
  3. 1/2 Cup Baby Corn
  4. 1 1/2 Cups Boneless Skinless Chicken breasts, cut into strips
  5. 5-6 Garlic Cloves
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1/2 tsp Crushed Black Pepper
  8. 1/2 tsp Sesame Seeds
  9. 1 tbsp Olive oil
  10. 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
  11. 1/2 tsp Sugar
  12. 7-8 Fried Garlic flakes

Instructions

  1. Heat the Oil in a non-stick wok over medium heat for 1 minute.
  2. Add 2-3 tsp of minced garlic saute for a minute.Then add chicken, sprinkle salt according to taste and stir-fry for 5 minutes or until golden. Transfer the content to a large serving platter.
  3. Now stir fry all the vegetables, baby corn and broccoli separately with little oil, garlic and salt (same as stir-fry chicken)
  4. Transfer and arrange all the stir-fry vegetables, corn, Broccoli and chicken on a servicing platter and sprinkle sugar, crushed black pepper, sesame seeds, fried garlic flakes, and drizzle some rice vinegar on top of it.
