Stir-Fry Chicken Salad

Ingredients to make Stir-Fry Chicken Salad

  • 4 Cups Vegetables ( Bell Peppers, Zucinni, carrots, leeks, mushrooms, bean shoots) sliced into strips
  • 1 Cup Broccoli Floret
  • 1/2 Cup Baby corn
  • 1 1/2 Cups Boneless Skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 5-6 garlic Cloves
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Crushed Black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 7-8 Fried garlic flakes

How to make Stir-Fry Chicken Salad

  1. Heat the Oil in a non-stick wok over medium heat for 1 minute.
  2. Add 2-3 tsp of minced garlic saute for a minute.Then add chicken, sprinkle salt according to taste and stir-fry for 5 minutes or until golden. Transfer the content to a large serving platter.
  3. Now stir fry all the vegetables, baby corn and broccoli separately with little oil, garlic and salt (same as stir-fry chicken)
  4. Transfer and arrange all the stir-fry vegetables, corn, Broccoli and chicken on a servicing platter and sprinkle sugar, crushed black pepper, sesame seeds, fried garlic flakes, and drizzle some rice vinegar on top of it.

My Tip:

Adjust the garlic to suit your taste. Stir fry all the vegetables separately.Arrange them separately on the platter.
