Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 Cup Poha
  2. 1 Cup Curd
  3. 1 Boiled Potato
  4. 1tsp Turmeric Powder
  5. 1tsp Red Chilli Powder
  6. 1tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
  7. 1tsp Garam Masala Powder
  8. salt as per taste


  1. Soak poha for 5 minutes.
  2. Take soaked Poha add curd and mix it nicely.
  3. Now take curd and poha mix add boiled mash potato, chili powder, garam masala powder, salt, cumin powder, turmeric powder and make very thick batter.
  4. Then take a non-stick pan, with the help of spoon put the batter in the pan.
  5. Without using oil make all cutlets.
